Why isn't my centre listed?
We’re constantly adding centres but do sometimes miss some – especially when their details are hard to find online.
If your centre isn’t on our database, add it by following this link: Add My Centre
Will I have access to how many parents are visiting my Centre's page?
Yes.
Once signed up, you will have access to an admin panel that will show you a whole host of information and activity analytics.
How will parents be able to communicate with us?
We have a built in mailing system that allows parents to make direct contact with you and your centre.
If you sign-up for our Essentials or Verified plans, all of your additional contact details will be available to the parents as well.
My photos aren't very good - how do I get better images for my page?
If you sign up to our Verified plan, our talented Hola Kids representatives will be available to assist you with this.
Alternatively, you can hire a professional photographer and then upload these to your page – please note the 2MB upload limit per image.
I'd Love a video of our facilities - do you offer this?
Our Essential and Verified plans unlock the possibility of video embeds on your page.

I have a centre offering that is not listed - how do I add it?
Send us a short note that includes:
- Your centre’s name
- Your centre’s location
- The new offering name / title
- A short description of the offering
