FAQs for Parents

Hola Kids is a quick and simple solution to search for, review, and apply to childcare providers in your local area. 

As a parent, it’s completely free to use our service.

  1. Select your ideal childcare location, whether it’s near home or work.

  2. Search our comprehensive list of childcare providers in the area.

  3. Compare information and centre offerings, favourite and enquire with those that best suit your family.

Hola Kids is a free resource for parents to use. 

Please Note: Once you complete your enrolment at your chosen childcare provider, their respective standard school fees apply.

When you click Enquire Now, you are contacting the childcare provider for more information.

This is not an enrolment, nor are you making any commitment.

We believe that one of the best ways to know that a provider is right for your family is to visit in person. Hola Kids is a resource to help you make this decision.

Verified centres are childcare facilities that our HolaKids team have visited and confirmed that the offerings seen on their centre page are in fact present and currently available to children in their care.

You can search exclusively for verified centres only in the explore page by activating the Verified Only button.

When you click Enquire Now, we send the key information required to assess suitability with that provider to the childcare centre.

This includes your name, your nominated contact details, the number and age of your children, your chosen start date and the days of the week you’re ideally seeking.

If you have any extra notes you’d like to attach, please include this on your enquiry.

These details will be sent straight to the Childcare Provider.

FAQs for Centres

We’re constantly adding centres but do sometimes miss some – especially when their details are hard to find online. If your centre isn’t on our database, add it by following this link: Add My Centre

The verification process begins by selecting the Verified package option for your centre page.

Once activated, additional page features will be unlocked and your centre will also be eligible to join our HolaKids community and events.

Your centre will then be visited by one of our HolaKids team within four weeks of the package activation.

Yes. 

Once signed up, you will have access to an admin panel that will show you a whole host of information and activity analytics.

We have a built in enquiry system that allows parents to make direct contact with you and your centre. 

If you sign-up for our Parent Magnet or Verified plans, all of your additional contact options will be available to the parents as well.

If you sign up to our Verified plan, our talented Hola Kids representatives will be available to assist you with this. 

Alternatively, you can hire a professional photographer and then upload these to your page – please note the 2MB upload limit per image.

Our Parent Magnet and Verified plans unlock the possibility of video embeds on your page. 

We also offer video production services. Contact us for more information.
